EUCIS-LLL would like to invite you to its Public Hearing on «Social Innovation in Education and Training» on 6 March 2012 from 9:30 to 12:30 in the EESC Building - Bâtiment Van Maerlant - Room VM 3 (2nd floor), 2 rue Van Maerlant, 1040 Bruxelles.

Today little is known about social innovation compared to the vast amount of research into innovation in business and science. EUCIS-LLL understands social innovation as changes in ideas, practices and institutions that aim to resolve existing social, cultural, economic and environmental challenges for the general interest. This seminar aims to give an insight on social innovation dynamics that are generally bottom-up and on how to create a favourable environment in Europe to stimulate innovation in teaching and learning.
